New parts sent in for warranty consideration may require up to 14 days. We cannot be held responsible for turnaround times in these instances. The final decision will be made by the manufacturer.Our warranty DOES NOT cover any damage or malfunction due to improper installation procedure, misuse, neglect, unauthorized dis-assembly or alteration, or externally induced physical damage.
