CONSUMER AGREEMENT
When you check out your shopping cart andclick I agree to the terms of service and return & exchange policy, itmeans that you have read and agreed to the entire content of this agreement.
We (Levego Autoparts) will protect yourpersonal data in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal DataProtection Act and abide by the store's privacy protection policy.
When you use our store's services onSHOPLINE, you agree to use electronic documents as a method of expression.
Section 1 – Order Agreement
- All theorders in Levego Autoparts shopping cart would pay in United States Dollar.
We accept Paypal payments, and no orders willbe shipped out if PayPal payment is still pending.
- Allcustomized orders will need to be paid first, and then we will start to makethe customized product. And the customized order cannot be canceled orreturned.
- We reserves the right to accept orreject the order. If your order cannot be accepted due to accidents and othercircumstances, we will contact you by phone call, e-mail or message on thesite, and you can change the order content or apply for a refund.
- If the recipient's information isincomplete, the contact information is filled in incorrectly, or otherunexpected problems that need to be confirmed again, we will only arrange toship the parcel out until all is correct and confirmed.
Section 2 – Shipping & Delivery
Normally the parcel will be sent out within 1~2 days (workday) once theorder is confirmed and paid. We send via FedEx Priority Service, and once theorder is sent out, customers will be given the estimated delivery time, whichmeans the actual delivery status depends on the local processing time, so thatthe parcel arrival time cannot be guaranteed. And if you need to get the parcelin very short period, please bear the risk of time limitation.
After the package is sent out, if the package is returned back to Taiwandue to wrong recipient's information, or other problems, if customer is askingfor canceling the order, we will deduct the shipping fee from the total refundvalue. And if customer is asking for shipping it again, then we will ask forthe shipping fee again accordingly.
Section 3 – Sales Tax
Import duties, taxes and charges aren'tincluded in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer'sresponsibility. Besides, we won’t be able to know how the import duties &tax are calculated as the rate is various among countries due to differentimport regulations.
