Handling Time
Oncethe PO is paid, we can directly have the parcel arrange to ship within 1~2 business day. Due to time zone difference, if the order is confirmed after Saturdaymornings (Taiwan Time), we will ship the parcel out on Monday as FedEx is off.But in this condition, we will still arrange the shipment first and give out thetracking number so that our customers can know the PO is being handled.
Ship to Address
Weship all the parcel to P.O. address, so the correct postal code number isnecessary or it may cost time for us to double check with you.
Tax ID
Followingto custom’s requirement of some European countries and South American countries,for all incoming parcels must provide Tax ID that matches the recipient’sinformation, or the custom will decline the parcel. Thus, if you know the TaxID is a necessary information, please provide this to us for arranging theshipment. If you’re not sure if the Tax ID is necessary or not, you can leaveus message and we can check for you, but it may affect the shipment time.
Sales Tax
ImportDuties, taxes and other charges aren't included in the item price or shipping fee.These charges are the buyer's responsibility as all these fee are charged bylocal government, not us. And if any undervalue invoice is needed, pleaseinform us directly once the order is paid so that we can make it at the firsttime, otherwise we won’t be able to revise the invoice after the parcel isshipping out.
